I have just gotten back into RO and now Renewal is out and I've done as much research as I could and still have this question. I see that on alot of posts people are saying that now because of Renewal you need much higher DEX to hit monsters because their flee rate is much higher (usually Roweens have been brought up about this), does that ONLY apply to Renewal and NOT Valkyrie. Should I be making my character build (mostly the stats) as if Renewal never came out? Because I don't want to start pouring my stat points into my DEX to find out that it's only required for Renewal. Should I be treating Valkyrie as if it was preRenewal? Just wanted to get this clear before I mess up. Or has Renewal been the "base" now for all the servers? To clear up any possible confusion I play on the Valkyrie Server.
