Update to School is out for Summer event

Starting today, Monday May 24, you do not need to email us to get a code for your Ice Cream Hat. We will instead add the item to the account that made the payment, via the "Code the Redeemer" NPCs. You will get 1 Ice Cream hat per "package" you purchase on our site.

You may still email in if you have a problem, but we will not be issuing codes via that system. We will be adding the items to all the accounts that have not written in, up to now, as well.

One major confusion we are seeing is when players are redeeming the UGC at Playspan, and then buying some RO related goods on the Playspan marketplace. We certainly appreciate that, but it cannot count for this event, as it needs to be a UGC redemption through our PayByCash system on our payment page.
