Reinstate Premium Upgrade Rates on Valk.As it stands, the enriched rates are a complete unknown to both GMs and Players, unless the GMs are purposely misleading us in order to hide the horrible (rates) truth.
This is both an issue of Gravity's legitimacy as a company and there are potential legal issues which could also be brought up if a customer of Gravity wanted to go that far.
When money is involved, you need to tell us the rates of enriched, down to the exact stats. Even Vegas is held to these standards, yet Gravity seems to believe it is above these laws because somehow upgrading isn't gambling?
There are two ways around this if you ask me, the simpler option would be to simply make valk rates the same as the premiums, which are much better recognized even if they are still not 100% disclosed.
Either that or offer a method in which the player can acquire enriched elun in game without paying, either by quest or by making it vendible. this would allow Gravity to get away with saying it's not a gamble for real money, since you can acquire enriched without paying real money, and use it to trade for zeny, or, if you chose, you can risk it away. Right now all you can do is risk it away, ie, gamble it.
