New Server For Renewal

Well the rumor is that we will have Renewal by April, which really isn't that far off. In theory Gravity will also launch an ad campaign to coincide with the launch of Renewal to maximize on the changes and get new players. I began to wonder if they would launch a new server so that new players, and old players can get a fresh start and experience the Renewal game play from the beginning. I don't know if KRO launched new servers or not, but I think we should. Tabling the obvious should it be premium or free to play or having 2 servers argument for a moment. I feel that there are important changes that any new server would need.

1. WoE. We can't have a repeat of the Iris/Valk disasters. As i'm sure most of you know on Valk 1 single guild was able to get a massive amount of castles, econ them to 100 and then bathe in the ridiculous amounts of items/money/god items like Scrooge Mcduck. (thats right I made a Duck Tales reference!) We need all the woe castle maps disabled for at lease 1 month. Then when we are ready to start having woe. The emps should appear only at the start of woe (like the would during normal woes) so that everyone has to fight over the castles for the two hour period like the game intended. Having monsters sitting in the castles clearly does not cut it. Also, I play on the premiums and I hate how woe was not split. WoE should definitely be split like it is on valk.

2. No giving away incredibly rare items in freaking kafra item boxes. I would like to see these lucky boxes/poring boxes/etc completely gone but I doubt that will happen. So instead NO GHOSTRING CARDS/MVP CARDS/MCA/anything overpowered. The day ghostrings cards were in lucky boxes was the day I quit Valk and went back to chaos (so yes i was only on valk for like a week). Most of the items int he boxes i'm fine with (just wish they were put in the game in other ways) Also not just the boxes. The recent Red Hat rewards were just as bad. The only way to get MVP cards should be FINDING ONE ON THE MVP'S CORPSE. The only way to get mini boss cards should be NORMAL OCA THROUGH PICKING ONE UP FROM A MONSTERS CORPSE OR FINDING THE CARD ITSELF ON A MONSTERS CORPSE. (castle drop for oca is fine too)

3. If your gonna launch a new server ADVERTISE THE GAME ADVERTISE THE SERVERS ADVERTISE ADVERTISE ADVERTISE. If its just a repeat of how they launched Iris or even valk then its a waist of everyone time (for the life of me I have no idea what they were thinking with the Iris launch)

4. IRO webpage sucks.....fixing it would help.
