Global chat channels, the one thing (well one of) RO needs to drag itself into the modern age of MMO's. I can't think of a single popular MMO that doesnt have this feature, and its all but required to form parties in RO.

Yes the party recruitment was a first step in the right direction, but it needs to be expanded on. RO is built around its community feel, and helping get people from different segments of RO talking to each other would be a massive help since often even if there are several hundred other active people running around, you are on your own since your not on the same Vent/teamtalk/guild chat.
